3. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If you haven’t received a refund within the specified period, please check with your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Event and training session bookings unless canceled by CELEDIVAS.
  • Products purchased via third-party affiliates, dropshipping, or POD (Print-on-Demand) services.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled.
